suposa aixecar-se fatigat f\u00edsic i mentalment, podent tenir episodis de somnol\u00e8ncia durant el dia i manca de concentraci\u00f3.<\/li><\/ul><p>Es pot presentar un tipus d\u2019insomni per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 m\u00e9s d\u2019un alhora, com tenir dificultat per conciliar el son i tamb\u00e9 despertar-se durant la nit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a8a68f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1a8a68f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Podem classificar l\u2019insomni com agut si fa menys d\u2019un mes que succeeix, subagut si fa entre un i sis mesos, i cr\u00f2nic si fa m\u00e9s de mig any que es presenta dificultat per dormir.<\/p><p>L\u2019insomni pot manifestar-se com a \u00fanica mol\u00e8stia, per\u00f2 \u00e9s habitual que a mesura que passa el temps, poden apar\u00e8ixer altres s\u00edmptomes associats com mal de cap, mareig, palpitacions, inquietud, somnol\u00e8ncia, i tamb\u00e9 es pot relacionar amb altres trastorns de m\u00e9s magnitud com un augment de la pressi\u00f3 arterial, una disfunci\u00f3 de tiroides, o un desequilibri post-menopausa.<\/p><p>\u00c9s important poder-ho tractar en el seus inicis, anar a dormir es realitza cada dia i per aix\u00f2 obtenir una resposta de si estem millorant el trastorn, \u00e9s r\u00e0pid.<\/p><p><strong>INSOMNI DES DE LA MEDICINA TRADICIONAL XINESA (MTX)<\/strong><\/p><p>Per entendre qualsevol disfunci\u00f3 des del punt de vista de la MTX, hem de partir de la fisiologia dels cinc \u00f2rgans interns i de la teoria del Yin\/Yang.\u00a0\u00a0 Per tenir una bona salut, els cinc \u00f2rgans i la relaci\u00f3 Yin\/Yang han d\u2019estar en harmonia entre ells.\u00a0 Qualsevol desequilibri emocional, f\u00edsic o mental pot trencar l\u2019ordre, i en el cas d\u2019un insomni, \u00a0actuarem harmonitzant l\u2019\u00f2rgan Cor i la ment (shen), perqu\u00e8 es pugui induir el son, que sigui reparador i es produeixi de manera natural.<\/p><p>La quantitat i la qualitat del son depenen de l\u2019estat de la ment (Shen) i de l\u2019\u00f2rgan Cor.\u00a0 La ment i l\u2019\u00f2rgan Cor tenen una relaci\u00f3 molt estreta; si la ment est\u00e0 nodrida, la quantitat de sang de cor \u00e9s suficient i si no est\u00e0 nodrida ens indica que \u00e9s insuficient.\u00a0 Moltes vegades la sang que nodreix el cor, no cont\u00e9\u00a0 els nutrients necessaris per alimentar la ment i\u00a0 en el moment en qu\u00e8 un individu vol entrar en una fase de rep\u00f2s (fase Yin), i mantenir-la durant un temps suficient\u00a0 per descansar i regenerar-se, aquesta no es produeix per manca de substancies (sang de Cor) i no es dorm en \u00f2ptimes condicions.
